  I spent countless days searching for a spot with an endless horizon, clutter-free foreground, and the perfect sunset. At a dam’s backwaters, I finally found it—but capturing the right image was still a challenge due to weather and disturbances. One evening, everything aligned. A Grey Heron stood framed against the setting sun, and as a flock of pond herons approached, I crawled into position and fired away, hoping to capture them mid-flight.
