  I captured the image of this beautiful Red-tailed Black-cockatoo along one of Australia's outback rivers. The subject was travelling with a rather noisy and squabbling flock, and as with most Cockatoos the are very cheeky and animated which is the expression I was trying to capture in this photograph. 'Karrakin' is one of the indigenous names for this bird.
