  A while ago, as I passed near this "waste disposal area," I noticed these birds (Starlings, Eagles... ).This time, nearly mid-day, I returned with the intention of photographing them, and coincidentally, a fairly dense fog had enveloped the entire area. It was midday, and without concealing myself, I began photographing from behind the fence of the area.
