  At dusk, I tried to capture birds in flight with an interesting foreground. After some trial and error, I used back button focus to lock onto a little cormorant flock, then hid in the bushes to frame the shot. Watching through the EVF, I panned with the birds without refocusing to avoid losing focus to the foreground. This helped me capture the movement and mood I was aiming for.
