  I hired a boat to cruise the River Tarcoles in Costa Rica. A severe thunder and rainstorm delayed us for over an hour
  We left the marina and drifted down the river with the engine turned off. This Tiger heron was foraging on the elevated bank of the river and as our boat approached, he moved to the edge of the bank and peered down at us.
  I stood up in the boat with my camera in portrait orientation. The camera was angled upwards, allowing me to include the beautiful colors of the stormy sky.
